Megan Kuhn, PharmD
Megan serves as a preceptor for the transitions of care rotation. She also participates in training the residents, staffing the central pharmacy, assisting with medication reconciliations in the emergency department, and serves as a decentralized pharmacist on a nursing unit. Megan completed an undergraduate degree in biology at California University of Pennsylvania prior to attending pharmacy school at Duquesne University. After graduating pharmacy school in 2018, Megan went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in Erie, PA with LECOM Health. She received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) in 2019. She began working at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in 2020. Megan values the strong teaching atmosphere at Conemaugh and values education the next generation of pharmacists
