Patient cards are printed and delivered by Volunteers throughout the week, but not weekends. Submissions received after 3 pm will be delivered the following day. Submissions received after 3 pm on Friday will be delivered Monday morning. Cards are not delivered to patients in the Department of Emergency Medicine, or patients who have opted-out of our patient directory.
