Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Pinenuts and Shaved Parmesan
Ingredients
- 12 Brussel Sprouts
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ Cup PInenuts
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Preheat Oven at 400 Degrees
- Cut and Clean Brussel Sprouts. Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Place on tray and roast in oven until tender
- Place pinenuts on separate baking sheet. Roast in oven until golden brown
- When both items are cooked toss together and top with shaved parmesan
