What attracted you to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center? I was greeted on my first day as a medical student by the attendings and residents in the Emergency Department like I had always been there. Memorial Medical Center give you the ability to create close friendships with your fellow residents and attendings in the midst of excellent training at a Level 1 Trauma Center. I particularly appreciated the one on one training all interns received on their shifts and the responsibility and freedom the senior residents were able to enjoy.
Personal Goals: My goals are to talk my wife into have six kids, see every national park, watch Lionel Messi play a game before he retires, and to use medicine in medical missions around the world.
Craziest / Best / Worst Job: The craziest job I ever had was driving tractors and combines at the age of 12, my feet couldn't even touch the floor. The best job I ever had was running my own lawncare business in highschool and college. The worst job I had was working at a carwash. Everyday after work I drove home in wet clothes.
Interesting fact: I am an espresso connoisseur.
