Richard S. Wozniak, MD

Medical School:  1984 graduate of Hahnemann University Medical School

Undergraduate:  1980 graduate; BS from the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown, PA

Biography:  Dr. Wozniak is a 1987 graduate of the Conemaugh Family Medicine Residency Program and joined the Family Medical Center in Johnstown as a full-time faculty member the same year.  He became ABMS certified in Family medicine in 1987 and ABMS certified in Geriatric medicine in 1992.

Professional Interests:  Geriatrics/EHR/Teaching

Hobbies: Dr. Wozniak’s enjoys driving and repairing automobiles and motorcycles, hunting, downhill skiing, home repair/remodeling, volleyball, swimming, walking, camping, hiking, traveling and Steelers football.
